In compliance with the Californa Health and safety code section 116275 (h) the Cross Connection Control Program Handbook (CCCPH) applies to all Public Water Systems over 1000 service connections.  MCSD has created this plan for ensuring its water system is protected from instances of backflow and satisfies the requirements of the CCCPH.
