The Board of Directors of the McKinleyville Community Services District will conduct a public hearing regarding the proposed collection of delinquent charges on the Humboldt County Property Tax Roll at the time and place listed below:

At the hearing, the Board of Directors will hear and consider objections or protests regarding the proposed collection of delinquent charges on the County tax roll. Any person wishing to object may appear at the hearing and be heard or may submit a written protest to the Board Secretary before the conclusion of the hearing.
A report that describes each affected parcel of real property and the amount of charges and delinquencies has been filed with the Board of Directors and is available for review during normal business hours. Additionally, notice has been provided by mail to each parcel listed in the report.
